In the last two years, Tavaasa has trained over 80 students across 40+ SCA courses. That's more SCA training than all other centres in India combined.
We run scheduled courses through the year.
Col Manish spent 32 years in the Indian Army before turning to specialty coffee full time. He runs our training for cafe professionals and newcomers, and teaches SCA courses in Brewing, Barista Skills, Sensory Skills, Roasting and Green Coffee.

Jaishika has a Master's in Biotechnology. She joined Tavaasa as a Coffee Fellow. She now leads the roastery as Head Roaster and Researcher, and runs our SCA courses in Roasting, Sensory Skills and Green Coffee.
