Roast 44, Golden Harvest, from Salawara Estate: aged wine and raw honey opening into green apple, cane sugar and pomegranate.
Roast 34, Dark Alchemy, from Harley Estate: cocoa and molasses opening into wildflower honey, raisin and marmalade.
Roast 43, Rustic Harmony, from Thogarihunkal Estate: sweet cocoa opening into golden honey, lush peach and blueberry.
Roast 35, Caramel Sun, from Ratnagiri Estate: red fruit opening into date caramel, candied fig and ripe apricot.
Roast 33, Blush Meridian, from Krishnagiri Estate: a washed coffee, sweet orange and berry compote rounded out by toasted walnut.
All five are roasted light-medium and cup at 84 or higher. Four are natural processed, one is washed, so you’re tasting two different processing styles across the box, not just five flavour variations on the same idea.
