Specialty Micro-lots (Filter Roasts)

These are specialty microlots, small batches from specific sections of the estates we visit, picked and processed apart from the rest of the harvest to protect what makes them different. Roasted light to let that character come through rather than roasted dark to hide it. Developed for pour over, AeroPress and drip brewing, where the goal is tasting the coffee itself, not the roast. Expect the fruit, floral and acidity that set one estate apart from another, best drawn out through a V60, AeroPress or your everyday filter machine.
